Return and Exchange Conditions

- Items must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and with original packaging and tags (if applicable).

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or a suitable alternative if the original is unavailable).

3. Ship the item to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to a mistake on my part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), I will cover the return shipping costs.

- If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., the item didn’t meet your expectations), the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
